Returns Overview
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return.
- Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Process
- Preparation: Use the return label included in your original package. If you lost the label, please contact our Customer Service team.
- Packaging: Place the item(s) you wish to return, along with the completed Return Form (also included in the original package), back into the original shipping box or a suitable package.
- Shipment: Drop the package off at any DHL drop-off point.
- Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your package has been received and your refund has been initiated.
